Terms of business.

Red Dragon Ltd offer goods for sale to new and existing customers.

New customers are asked to pay Proforma for the first order.

Account customers need to complete a Credit Account Application Form in order to receive goods on a 30 day, date of invoice basis. Please contact our sales department for an application form.
 

Minimum order quantities?

Red Dragon Ltd do not insist on a minimum order quantity! However, carriage charges are applied to all our orders, so in order to save this charge please consolidate your orders where possible!

Delivery charges, cut-off times etc.

Red Dragon Ltd always endevour to save our customers as much as possible with delivery charges. Our preferred courier is ANC who offer a next day service, up until 5pm. We can also track the shipment via the internet.
Timed deliveries are also possible. You can specify 9am, 10am and 12noon. Timed deliveries are subject to an extra charge.
Orders placed before 3-30pm can usually be despatched on the day of order. Please allow extra time for deliveries to non UK mainland, Europe, Northern and Southern Ireland etc.
