  13. Need to Return a Product? To return a product at Red Dragon Ltd, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our Sales Office by e-mail at: sales@reddragonvalves.co.uk, or by telephone on: +44(0)1443 772500 or by fax on:+44(0)1443 775426 Open Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. GMT NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. We'll need the following information to authorize your return:

Customer name - Our Invoice number - Your Order Number - Our part number(s) - Detailed Nature of the problem . - In general, Red Dragon Ltd accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, Red Dragon Ltd reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following: FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES or A FULL CASH REFUND. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Red Dragon Limited on returned items. Red dragon Limited will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
